1. Returns

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order (in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations).

Items must be:

  • Opened or used electronics

  • Software or digital downloads

  • Items damaged by misuse

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
